• Three designs revisions at free of coast, additional revisions will be charge extra 10%.
• Payment 50% of total cost in advance. Balance 25% on mid project submission balance 25%on final project submission.
• Quote validity 3 months.
• Post approval and advance payment, we will submit the final design within 14 working days.
• Construction works shall be undertaken after signing an agreement with the client, showing the turn key date if there is no delay from client’s side.
• Electric, plumbing, Kitchen and all other accessories shall be used only after the approval of the client.
• TQM shall be given extra priority in all the steps from fit out to turnkey.
• All the warranty cards of electrical, electronic, furniture, kitchen fittings shall be handed over to the client as a file after finishing the works.
